Plain-language information about how FlockExempt operates and handles farm records.

We process account and contact details, farm and team information, flock and processing records, customer and invoice records, compliance tasks, audit history, support communications, and basic technical information needed to secure and operate the service.
We use this information to authenticate users, provide and secure the workspace, calculate operational summaries, create labels and records, send requested service messages, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
FlockExempt uses Auth0 for authentication, PostgreSQL hosted through Supabase for server-side data storage, and Resend for transactional email. Error-monitoring delivery may be enabled by the operator. Those providers process limited information under their own terms and security practices.
Records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for backup, fraud prevention, dispute, and legal purposes. We use access controls and farm-scoped server queries, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
The service is intended for businesses and agricultural operators, not children under 13. Do not submit a child's personal information.
The service is operated by FlockExempt. Legal notices may be sent to Not configured for public launch. These terms are governed by Not configured for public launch, subject to applicable consumer and privacy law.
You must be authorized to act for the farm or business whose data you enter. Keep credentials secure, provide accurate information, and do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access another farm's records.
FlockExempt is operational and informational software, not legal advice. Poultry exemptions and labeling requirements depend on current federal, state, and local rules and the facts of an operation. Users remain responsible for verifying requirements with the appropriate regulator and reviewing generated records before use.
Features may change and temporary interruptions may occur. Material changes to these terms or privacy practices will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
Before public paid launch, the configured operating entity, postal address, governing law, dispute terms, warranty limitations, liability limitations, and the complete notice must be reviewed and approved by qualified US counsel.
FlockExempt currently provides free authenticated access to farm workspace tools for all registered users. No subscription payment or payment card is required to create or manage farm workspaces, compliance calendars, or invoice records.
Account owners may request a copy of their information, correction of account data, or account deletion. Some information may be retained where required for security, billing, legal claims, or regulatory recordkeeping. Identity and authority may be verified before a request is completed.
Email support@devbuildtool.com with the subject “Privacy request” or “Account support.” Do not email passwords or sensitive health information.
Authenticated users can submit and track a support or data-rights request. Farm deletion requests require the owner to confirm the request and begin a reviewed process; submission does not immediately erase operational records.
